HLG-750 high performance epoxy cathodic electrophoretic paint，It is a two-component, water-dispersed resin. Almost applicable to all metal substrate coating, such as: metal processing parts such as automobiles and spare parts, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery,etc， especially suitable for electrophoretic coating of automotive spare parts with multiple process holes and welding parts, as well as metal workpieces cast and shot blasted. 1、Polymer rheological control additive - improves the coverage effect of workpiece edges, welds, and rough surfaces.

2、High edge corrosion resistance - Art blade test for 168 hours, 0-10 rust points.

3、The bath has strong anti-shrinkage and anti-pollution ability.

4、High construction stability - The overall construction of the coating is stable, with strong anti fouling ability and low solvent dependence.

5、Strong anti-corrosion ability. The salt spray resistance of the edge of the workpiece is outstanding.

6、High environmental friendliness - low VOC emissions, free of heavy metals such as lead and tin.

Package and Storage

1. This product is a water-borne industrial coatings, non-hazardous, non-inflammable and non-explosive products; transportation to prevent direct sunlight, avoid freezing; Packaging for 200/1000L plastic barrel.

2. The storage temperature should be controlled at 5～35℃.

3. The effective storage life is 6 months. If it exceeds 6 months, it can also be used when passing inspections.
